Decent dishes, very central location close to Reforma area. Consistently courteous stuff, free wake up calls and ironing. Modern unit with a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator.

This hotel has nice-sized, spacious rooms, and the balcony is a great touch. It's in a central location, just a short distance from Centro Historico / Zocalo, along with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and even the airport nearby. 🌟.

The images and description of the double room with two double beds did not agree with what I was assigned (one double bed and one single bed) . I asked for alarm service and it seems that the person who wrote down my request did not "tell" the next person, which happened on September 9, room 706. The shower floor is slippery and does require other treatment to prevent falls. Water! The hotel is centrally located but if one wants to make use of the internet, the internet service must be improved! They have a super slow system. As a tourist, I like to check out the sites of attraction. When I tried to search, it was desperate to wait for the screens to reconfigure, which is pitifully slow wifi. I don't know if it's because I was on the 7th floor but there should be a good wifi reception independent of the floor. I would recommend it in a limited way with the staff reliability warnings regarding the depserter service only since all the other staff behaved in a very professional and compliant way, and with the warning not to depend on the internet service offered by the hote. Thank you

The hall staff is very friendly and attentive to every detail. Always an excellent service attitude.
When we arrived at the hotel the relation photography vs reality varied a little, the floor is very old and makes you feel that it has been partially taken care of or renovated since a long time ago, floor in room and bathroom besides being worn out was dirty, not stained but apparently not mopped for about a week, not to mention that nowhere it gave a smell of cleanliness, it seems that it is cleaned only with water, that is why we decided to handle that detail on our own. The washed air ventilation is very annoying, noisy and inappropriate both day and night as it is not constant at the time of shutdown and seems to be of communal hotel, I know my rate is not the highest but I came with another expectation of the hotel. Stay 6 days and 5 nights. The stove is very similar to the houses in the mountains 30 years ago. The waiters in the morning are very friendly in general but rarely come to the table without asking for a signature and confirmation of the room, even if you avoid returning for lunch or dinner. Plates and glasses stuck to the table until the end. I confirm that I did not mention any of this to the staff.

Thank you for a really good stay. It is a perfect hotel with nice interior design, amazing location really close to zoo and museum of anthropology and other taxis and Museum Rufino Tamayo as well to Reforma 222. The property provides an excellent service.

hotel is very well located, from the room you have a very nice view to the angel. beds are very comfortable and room is very clean. bathroom is very comfortable. I thought it was a nice detail that every day they leave us bottles of water and coffee as a courtesy. staff is very friendly, they were always attentive to our requests and breakfast is one of the best I have tried, restaurant is great, decoration is very Mexican and buffet too, varied, delicious, Mexican, breakfast is more than excellent. area where it is located is very safe, has restaurants nearby to eat, ATMs nearby to withdraw money and in front of the hotel is an Oxxo in case you need to buy groceries. If I go back to CDMX I would stay in San Marino again.
The lifts are very old and although they do NOT threaten the safety of the user, I think they should be changed.

I liked its location, it's perfect to move almost anywhere in Mexico City and also in its surroundings you have an incredible gastronomic variety, also in front there is an Oxxo and a bank if you need anything like that. Although the pictures of the hotel are not exactly what you find, I didn't mind what I found either because the room was still big and clean. The people at the reception desk were super nice, especially since I had a problem with shipping from my country and they were very attentive to give it to me as soon as it arrived. I was on the ninth floor, with a view of the Angel of Independence, which was perfect. If I think that because of the bars and restaurants that are so close the best thing, if you are bothered by the noise (as in my case), is to be located from the fourth floor up.
The elevator; I understand it's an old hotel, but if suddenly the experience of coming and going in those elevators can be terrible. One of the days I stayed there they didn't work and I had to get off on floor two and go down the rest of the floors and that day I was able to use the service elevator, which is a bit more hidden.

The rooms are absolutely perfect, featuring a balcony, a tub, and even an ashtray. Plus, the staff is really good! 😊.

I liked the size of the rooms, we had a big area with a kitchen & dining table area with a great view of the Angel monument from the window. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The take-away restaurant downstairs is really nice and they bring the food to your hotel room. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day . Its in a safe area and there is lots of nice restaurants nearby. I stayed for 23 nights in this hotel and i would definately stay here again when i next visit mexico city.
To improve the hotel i would suggest upgrading the tv's in the hotel because they are very old. invest in some flat screens. Secondly it was great that the internet was free in the hotel but the computers in the internet room are so old and slow and they only had 2 computers, they could probably deal with having half a dozen modern computers in there. The gym room could be so good only if the equipment was maintained. The running machines dont work & the barbell was broken. And the light bulbs in the gym were not changed so there was not much light in there, Seriously 1 days work in that gym to just give the equipment some attention and it will be a great little hotel gym. Also they should buy some gym mats to warm-up/down on. Finally the parking is too expensive, i think it was 125 pesos per day and if you go round the corner you can get parking for 25 pesos per day.

The best thing is the location. The bad thing is the state of the suites, they lack maintenance and updating in their equipment. Bad ventilation. Old elevators that malfunction. Another good thing, all their staff with very good treatment and attention to the passenger. But it's a shame to see the suites deteriorate over time and that lack of care is evident every time I go. They have improved other hotels of the same company in Cdmx, but this one is in free fall. And they bought a property right next to the suite, a year ago because they were going to enlarge and improve the building, but they were only promises of many years. I already started looking for an alternative in the area. Another detail, I understand that for its dete-rioro and price, has lowered the level of its clientele. The breakfast buffet is getting worse and worse, both in variety and quality. This is why there is no will to improve it and raise its category. It is unfortunate.

Sorry very bad impression this round. Your staff on-duty, the man with spec has not been very aggressive when we need help to call the airline/ Aero Mexico due to luggage short landed. He did try for few calls but just gave reasons that the lines were busy. Our problem is we do not speak Spanish that was the reason we kept pushing him to call. Ended up we have to use our mobile (with expensive roaming charges) finally called through the line... The door lock was defective thereafter we've been transferred to Eurostar Hotel at Zona Rosa branch.
Good breakfast...
